A bright young mind in real estate law, Dana is passionate about helping clients navigate the complex legal agreements involved in commercial real estate. She’s admired for the substantial effort she makes to protect clients through meticulously crafted financial documents and agreements.
Dana has assisted in every aspect of a commercial real estate transaction, from drafting sale agreements to reviewing closing documents, and she’s handled transactions covering a wide range of collateral that include multi-family properties, condominiums, gas stations, car washes, and mobile home parks.
Whether it’s negotiating tenant leases or drafting estoppels, clients can count on Dana to keep even the most minute details from slipping through the cracks.
When she’s not in the office, Dana enjoys hiking, going to the gym, and cheering on the FSU football team.
