With hands-on experience in residential and commercial real estate, construction, and nonprofit business litigation, Aisha has developed a sharp eye for detail and a solid understanding of the full life cycle of real estate deals. Her work includes drafting and negotiating commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, development agreements, and navigating zoning and land use issues—always with an eye toward mitigating risk and protecting clients' long-term interests. She’s passionate about bridging the gap between legal details and practical business goals—helping clients navigate the fine print while keeping the big picture in focus. She holds a dual degree: a Juris Doctor and a Master’s in Public Policy, underscoring her ability to navigate both the legal and policy landscapes of complex real estate projects. Whether she’s advising developers, landlords, investors, she is known for her ability to break down complicated issues and deliver clear, practical solutions. Outside of the office, traveling internationally, spending time back home in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, and exploring everything Atlanta has to offer.
