Christopher S. Prince is a business transactions attorney who brings a general counsel mindset to every matter. Over the course of his career, both as outside counsel and as in-house General Counsel, Chris has advised sponsors, investors, owners, and operating companies across commercial real estate, fintech, and sports and entertainment, with a focus on practical, efficient solutions that keep deals moving.
At Caiaccio Law Firm, Chris helps clients access a suite of legal and advisory services through a cost-effective, hybrid approach, including outsourced general counsel support for recurring legal needs, delivering first-class service and on-site integration with in-house legal and business teams when needed.
- Led and executed more than $500 million in self-storage developments totaling approximately 1.6 million square feet, including acquisitions, financings, development/construction, operations, disputes, and dispositions.
- Served as in-house General Counsel for a leading Atlanta-based fintech and payments company, overseeing legal affairs for the company and its subsidiaries, including M&A, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, technology transactions, and key commercial contracts with sponsor banks, independent sales organizations, and major card brands.
- Played a central role in a fintech company’s evolution from privately held startup through its go-public transaction and NASDAQ listing (2018).
- Maintained an active sports law practice representing individuals, brands, and professional franchises in sponsorship, marketing, licensing, product placement, stadium naming rights, and related commercial arrangements across major collegiate and professional sports leagues and governing bodies.
- Provided counsel to charitable foundations associated with collegiate and professional coaches and athletes.
